Maintaining Roads While Protecting Plants

The report includes a brief overview of the process and explores the directives, laws, misconceptions, and apparent conflicts that may arise when implementing road maintenance activities that may affect listed plant species. This report will be particularly useful to road managers and botanists when they are developing road maintenance work plans.
