Description: Decommission Lefever Creek bridge on Forest Service Road 13S91 by removing the decking, steel girders, and footings of the bridge. This area is closed to the general public and accesses private property. An alternative route provides adequate access.

Description: Renewal of a special use permit, which authorizes Cal Fire to continue to operate and maintain Mountain Home Conservation Camp on National Forest System land.
