Description: Add a repeater to the Monticello Ranger District to provide better VHF radio communications for Woodenshoe and Cherry Canyons of the Dark Canyon Wilderness Area. The addition of a tower would enhance radio coverage.

The project area is located north of National Forest System Road 5608 and between the Cherry Creek and Woodenshoe Canyons and South of the Dark Canyon Wilderness.
