WEPO: [Update] Work environment and performance webinar

WEPO: [Update] Work environment and performance webinar

WEPO header

Since its inception last October, the staff of the Work Environment and Performance Office has been working to diagnose root causes and cultural barriers to emotional safety, security, diversity and inclusion in the work environment. Join us for a presentation on the agency-wide efforts to improve and sustain a workplace culture we can all be proud of.

  • Purpose of the webinars is to create greater awareness of WEPO, share information and updates on WEPO actions, and for us to build relationships and connectivity to the workforce.
  • There will be a 3,000 limit for each session and encouraging folks to group up in conference rooms and conference phones.
  • The three sessions will be the same and will not be recorded. They are offered at different times to accommodate all time zones.
  • WEPO staff plans to have future calls with all employees to share ongoing efforts to improve and sustain a workplace where employees feel valued, respected and productive.
