Hello USDA Family!
It’s that time of year again, to kick off this year’s Combined Federal Campaign, better known as CFC. You all know our motto here at USDA is to “Do Right and Feed Everyone.” Every day, USDA employees work hard to put this motto into action.
Volunteering our time and donating our money through CFC is a great way to live out our motto as a USDA family and come together to support causes that matter to us.
The CFC is one of the world’s largest and most successful annual voluntary workplace charity campaigns. Last year alone, federal civilian, postal, and military personnel and retirees pledged nearly $100 million dollars through CFC.
No matter how much money you give, or how many hours you volunteer, the annual campaign is an opportunity for all of us to make a difference and contribute to charities that change lives across the globe, as well as right here at home.
And with nearly 8,000 charities to choose from, CFC provides every USDA employee with options to make a difference through the campaign.
Like years past, this year’s slogan is “show some love.” Now let’s do right and show some love!
