Microsoft SharePoint is having an issue where some users are unable to upload documents to the online document library because the upload button is not appearing.
The USDA is working with the vendor to resolve this issue.
What you need to do
If you are experiencing this issue, an alternative method may be using Classic View rather than Modern View to upload files to the document library. To switch from Modern View to Classic View find instructions here.
Once the issue is resolved, you can return to Modern View.
