A planned Enterprise Virtual Private Network outage is rescheduled to occur on July 1, 2019, at 9:00 p.m. (Eastern Time). It will last between two to three hours while the system is updated. During the outage, eVPN services will not be available in your area at some point within this timeframe.
What you need to do
Be aware of the upcoming eVPN outage and plan your work accordingly.
If you are working during the timeframe listed above and are disconnected, it’s possible the disconnect you experience may or may not be related to the scheduled update. Try to log back on to eVPN. Based on your geographic area, you may be connected to eVPN equipment that is not being worked on at the time you are disconnected.
