National FS library adds 1,000+ journals with new database

COLORADO—The National Forest Service Library is a treasure trove of information services, providing access for all USDA Forest Service employees to databases across several disciplines. The library recently added access to Business Source Premier, a research database providing full-text articles from the Harvard Business Review and over 1,100 other journals in the disciplines of business management, marketing, accounting, finance and leadership.

Some of the services available through the library for Forest Service employees include electronic journals, databases, literature searches, interlibrary loan services and an archive of Forest Service historical literature. Additional partnerships include National Agricultural Library and other USDA agencies, the National Forest Service Library which provide access to over 8,000 journals and 20 research databases.
