The Facilities Database Analysis Toolbox is intended to help verify any Regions excess structures by using facility-rating codes in a Facility Analysis Spreadsheet. Conditions of buildings and other subjective information need to be completed by an unbiased person so all buildings are compared against similar standards. The Facility Database Analysis will provide leadership team with the needed information to make good decisions. It is imperative that the Forest Leadership teams be committed to support a divesture plan for facilities. So it is imperative that the process is approved by the FLT prior to beginning this process.
