Motorized Trails
Use of motorcycles and ATV's in the Wasatch-Cache National Forest must be on designated roads and trails only. A Travel Plan Map is available for a complete description of which roads and trails are open for motorized use.
Remember to tread lightly on public and private lands.
Lewis Peak and Skyline Trail: The trail system between Pineview Reservoir and Ogden is open to motorcycles. It's narrow tread will not allow ATV's. Great views of Ogden and the Great Salt Lake.
Tilda Spring ATV Trail system: A system of old roads has been open to ATV use and offers interesting riding in the Curtis Creek area.
Monte Cristo Trails: The road system in the Monte Cristo area is open for riding during most of the year. Be aware of seasonal closures on some of the roads during wet periods.
