Cowley
Forest Fisheries Program Manager
Paul has a Bachelor's Degree in Fish and Wildlife Management from
Utah State University. He has a Master's Degree in Fisheries Management
from the University of Idaho. He has been Fisheries Program Manager
for the Wasatch-Cache National Forest since 1993. Prior to this
assignment, he was the Zone Fish Biologist on the Beaverhead National
Forest in Montana. Paul has also worked in Idaho and Washington.
He has been active in the Bonneville Chapter of the American Fisheries
Society and is a life member of the American Fisheries Society.

Chase
Logan and Ogden Fish Biologist
Paul Chase is the newest member of our staff. He was accepted as
a student trainee in 1999 and was converted to career conditional
employee in 2000. He has just completed the requirement for his
Master's Degree at Utah State University.
Charlie
Condrat
Forest Hydrologist
Charlie is the Forest Hydrologist and manages the Soil and Watershed
program on the Forest. Charlie has a Bachelors of Science in Forestry
and a Masters of Science in Watershed Science from Utah State University.
He has worked as a hydrologist on the Ashley and Uinta National
Forests as well as an environmental scientist in private industry.
