Video Description
Welcome to the Forest Service Planning Rule Live Web Cast. The Agency is hosting this national public forum to discuss the proposed rule on March 10, 2011, from 9:00am ET to 7:00pm ET in Washington DC. The meeting is open to the public and will be Web cast to allow for greater participation. There will be additional public forums held throughout the country during the comment period to further encourage participation.

10am ET to 12pm ET
1:45pm ET to 5pm ET
The purpose of the forums is to help the public understand the content of the proposed rule. The Forest Service will not be soliciting public comments at the forum. We are currently in a public comment period, and thus comments need to be submitted in writing.
The presentations, Q&A and discussions that take place during the Forum will be video streamed but will NOT be part of the comment record.
