Simplicity - TEAMS' Work Order Process

Hey, I am interested! Tell me how I can hire TEAMS to help me with a project.

1. Tell Us What You Need

  • The first step is to contact TEAMS and tell us about the services you need. We will then be able to provide you with a cost estimate.
  • Once you decide to have TEAMS provide those services it is very easy to get the work started.

2. Statement of Work

  • First, we will draft a statement of work for you to review. The statement of work outlines what services we will provide, what the client will provide to assist us, and assumptions about the services, timeframes, or funding.
  • After we agree upon the statement of work, a TEAMS project liaison officer incorporates the statement into a work order.

3. Work Order

  • The work order is somewhat like a contract-it contains the details of the services we are providing, the financial information needed to transfer payments, and the rules and regulations that authorize the services and transactions.
  • Once completed, the work order is signed by line officers in TEAMS and the client unit or agency.

4. We Are Ready to Go!

  • It is really that easy, we can be working for you very quickly.
