In this role, she coordinated and implemented resource management planning activities to ensure compliance and technical adequacy with Federal Land Policy and Management Act, NEPA, Council on Environmental Quality regulations for implementing NEPA, and Departmental and Bureau guidelines and policies.

On average, Carol managed ten third party contractors per year who conducted resource data collection needed for environmental analyses, and/or prepared NEPA documents. She tracked project budget and schedules, reviewed third-party-contractors-prepared products to ensure they meet or exceeded Agency requirements, and communicated regularly with contractors and interested public.

She has been the project manager for the White River Field Office Oil and Gas Resource Management Plan Amendment since June of 2006 and has continued as a project manager after joining TEAMS in August 2010.
