Experience
Lucretia has extensive
professional experience in the private sector and the Forest Service
specializing in range, botany, and noxious weed management as well
as GIS analysis and cartography. Her career began in 1995 working
as consultant to government agencies, which eventually led to her
career with the Forest Service. Lucretia started working for TEAMS
as a range specialist/botanist and currently serves as TEAMS GIS
lead.
As both a single resource and National Environmental
Policy Act (NEPA) specialist supporting interdisciplinary teams,
her work includes field surveys (ie. rangeland inventories and monitoring,
sensitive plant surveys, fish inventories, watershed restoration
projects, invasive weed treatments, and professional botany and
range analyses reports. She also provides expertise in preparing
botany biological assessment, evaluations, and invasive species/noxious
weed reports.
Lucretia has worked with
TEAMS since 2001.
