Experience

Kiki has worked as a marking crew foreman, prepared timber cruise designs, stand exams, and finalized timber sale appraisals. She has worked for the Forest Service since 1988 and worked in Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, New Mexico, Pennsylvania, and Washington. Additionally, Kiki has done quality control checks for the Remote Sensing Lab and executed several Sequoia Grove inventories—some of the world’s oldest and largest trees known—the Giant Sequoia.

Kiki has conducted inventories of off-highway vehicles (OHV) trails, in which she was proficient at operating global positioning system (GPS), riding all terrain vehicles (ATV), and then prepared data for geographic information system (GIS) files. She has given various presentations of her findings.

Kiki has trained many colleagues in timber marking and cruising techniques, as well as the common stand exam for vegetation inventories.

Kiki has worked with TEAMS since 2001.
