Experience
Frank has a vast array of experience
including the following broad categories: transportation planning,
logging systems planning; project economic analysis; National Environmental
Policy Act planning, and as an interdisciplinary team leader.
Frank also has experience in performing
timber sale design and layout, road location, marking plans, cruise
designs, check cruises; timber sale contract preparation, reports,
appraisals, advertisement, bid package, contract administration;
stewardship and service contract preparation, and administration.
Additionally, Frank performs silviculture inventory, stand records, site preparation, reforestation, thinning, harvest plans, prescriptions.
He creates road decommissioning plans, prepares service contract, and performs the administration of road maintenance, improvements, and reconstruction assessment plans.
Frank is qualified as a wildland fire resource advisor, aerial observer, division supervisor.
Frank began working with TEAMS in 2001 as
a subcontractor, and became a full-time employee in 2002.
