Cissie worked as a range conservationist on the Nebraska and Toiyabe National Forests in the 1980ís before leaving the Forest Service for a 12 year hiatus. She returned to the Forest Service in 2001 as a rangeland management specialist and district botanist on the Black Hills National Forest. As a district botanist she provided botany, range and invasive species input for projects ranging from major timber sales and fuels reduction projects to grazing allotment management planning, land exchanges and travel management. Since coming to TEAMS in 2010 Cissie has worked on a wide variety of projects in Regions 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 9.
