Experience
Tesa has worked with the Forest Service since 2004, and has enjoyed working with the TEAMS Heritage Crew since 2007. She completed her Master’s degree in 2010 with a focus on cultural resource management and Forest Service Heritage Program policy. Tesa is a skilled archaeological field crew leader with experience in all phases of project work, including background research, survey design, data management, and site recording, as well as Section 106 and NEPA report writing. She is knowledgeable about CRM legislation, including NHPA and NEPA, and has experience following State Heritage Preservation Office protocols in numerous states across the country. Tesa is also proficient with GPS technology and many computer applications, such as ESRI ArcGIS, Microsoft Access and Excel, and the National Resource Management (I-Web/Infra) database.
