Experience

David has worked for the Forest Service since 1979. Since that time, he has been employed as a seasonal, forestry technician, and forester, working in various timber and fire management positions in Region 4. For the last 15 years, David has been a silviculturist, timber management assistant, and forest service representative in the Escalante Ranger District of the Dixie National Forest. His wide experience includes timber management, fire restoration, and ecological restoration treatments in vegetation types ranging from sagebrush to Engelmann spruce. He recently detailed as a District Ranger and as a Forest Silviculturist.

David started with TEAMS in 2009.
