Experience

Shirley began her Forest Service career in 1990 in Region 9.  She has a decade of experience in timber management and planning as a pre-sale forester and timber management assistant. Since 1994, Shirley has led interdisciplinary teams through a diverse set of NEPA projects including vegetation management and timber harvest, livestock grazing management, wildlife habitat improvement, transportation systems, watershed improvement, prescribed burning and fuels management planning. She has managed NEPA projects in Regions 1, 5 and 9.

Shirley has worked for the Enterprise Program since March 2007.  She has worked for TEAMS since September 2009.
