Describes an accessible handpump for pumping water from shallow wells (less than 60 feet deep) at campgrounds or other areas with wells. The pump was developed by the Missoula Technology and Development Center, and is now available for use in Forest Service campgrounds. This article provides information on where to purchase the handpump.
