Description: The WV Division of Highways proposed to complete culvert work on WV Route 39, a State maintained road located on National Forest System lands that was authorized for use as a public road right-of-way via a Special Use Permit.
Location: UNIT - Marlinton Ranger District. STATE - West Virginia. COUNTY - Pocahontas. Approximately 4.8 miles northwest of the intersection of US Route 219 at Mill Point, West Virginia.
