Description: This project proposes to remove coniferous competition from approximately 120 acres of aspen stands identified across Pine and Eagle Creek watersheds. The project would include removal of overstory conifers over 21 inches in diameter (dbh).

Location: UNIT - Whitman Ranger District. STATE - Oregon. COUNTY - Baker. Thirty small aspen units across Pine District in both the Pine and Eagle Creek Watersheds.

Description: The Whitman Ranger District is proposing maintenance burning of previously treated forested stands particularly those stands in the Wildland Urban Interface portions of the District.

Location: UNIT - Whitman Ranger District. STATE - Oregon. COUNTY - Baker. The burning would take place at various locations across the Whitman Ranger District.
