Description: Amend existing special use permit to extend cable from existing box approximately 650 feet southwest along existing road toward the Salmon River. This will provide phone service to a new home built on Indian Allotment Land.
Location: UNIT - Orleans Ranger District. STATE - California. COUNTY - Siskiyou. LEGAL - T11N R6E Section2. The proposed project is located along the existing access road off of the Salmon River Road near the Forest Service Compound at Oak Bottom.
