Location: UNIT - Vernal Ranger District. STATE - Utah. COUNTY - Uintah. LEGAL - T4N, R1E, Sections 28, 33, and 34, T3N, R1E, Sections 3, 10, and 15. Blanchett Park and Dry Creek.
