- From the main directives page, choose "Portal Servicewide Issuances" from either "Forest Service Manuals (FSM)" or "Forest Service Handbooks (FSH)."
- The USDA eAuthentication screen will appear, and after choosing "I Agree," you will be prompted for your User ID and Password.
- The main directives page in the Intranet Portal will display, choose the category you're interested in; 6000 - 6800 Management Services contains various personnel management handbooks.
- When finished, choose "Log Out" from the upper right area of the screen.
