The agencies have numerous pieces of direction and authorizations to help enable Service First activities. These are laws, internal direction and agreements. These pages list current authorizations and agency direction. If you know of an agreement or authorization that is not listed, here, please contact us.
Update: The Consolidated Appropriations Act for fiscal year 2012 terminated Service First as a pilot program and made the Service First authority permanent. The National Service First Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) will be extended in early January 2012 and new agreements may then go forward. Stay tuned!
