Interagency MOU Extension
November 2006 Memorandum of Understanding between Bureau of Land Management, Forest Service, National Park Service, and US Fish and Wildlife Service.
The MOU clarifies Service First position for all agencies and provides waiver for overhead charges if all parties agree.
