Utah's Publications & Inventory Results |
The Manti-La Sal National Forest administers a total of 1,334,565 acres of land with 34,909 acres of this total extending into Colorado. Three percent of the total area administered by the Manti-La Sal National Forest is in a reserved designation such as Wilderness. There were 353 FIA sample locations within the Manti-La Sal National Forest, of which 242 locations were classified as forested, 98 locations were classified as either nonforest or water, and 13 were inaccessible or missed samples.
