Interior West Forest Inventory & Analysis

This web page provides access to some of the IWFIA publications, summary tables, and other documentation that relate to Idaho's forest resources. Refer to Publications for posted reports. From 1990-1991, an inventory was conducted on lands outside the National Forest System. 1993-1997, inventories were conducted on the Caribou, Boise, Sawtooth and Challis National Forests. From 1998-1999, inventories were conducted on a portion of the Frank Church Wilderness. From 1999-2002, inventories were conducted on the Clearwater, Nez Perce, and Idaho Panhandle National Forests.
