Utah's Publications & Inventory Results |
The Dixie National Forest administers a total of 1,883,895 acres of land. Four percent of the total area administered by the Dixie is in a reserved designation such as Wilderness. There were 479 FIA sample locations within the Dixie National Forest, of which 348 locations were classified as forested, 126 locations were classified as either nonforest or water, and 5 locations were inaccessible. Note: plot locations are approximate for illustration purposes only.
