Utah's Publications & Inventory Results |
The Ashley National Forest administers a total of 1,372,787 acres of land with 94,727 acres of this total extending into Wyoming. Twenty-one percent of the total area administered by the Ashley is in a reserved designation such as Wilderness. There were 383 FIA sample locations within the Ashley National Forest, of which 269 locations were classified as forested, 106 locations were classified as either nonforest or water, and 8 locations were inaccessible. Note: plot locations are approximate for illustration purposes only.
