Suzette Dailey is the program assistant for the Economic Aspects of Forest Management on Public Lands. A native Montanan, she started her Forest Service career in October of 1978 with the Northern Region regional office.  Over the next 18 years, she held various positions in the Minerals and Geology and Engineering staffs. In these positions, various job duties included being the staff secretary, purchasing, personnel, and maintaining the engineering certification and radon programs. In January of 1998, she transferred to the Fire Sciences Lab in Missoula where she became a program assistant for the Fire Effects work unit.  She came to work for the Economics unit in January of 2001 where she performs administrative duties and monitors the work unit's budget.
