National Wildfire Coordinating Group (NWCG) Consultations

Overview

In 2011 Human Factors & Risk Management lead the stakeholder feedback effort for National Wildfire Coordinating Group's (NWCG) Incident Management Organization Succession Planning Team (IMOSPT). The team developed a new 10-year plan for incident management team governance, structure and succession planning for incident command teams. Surveys were developed, distributed, and the data analyzed. A final report is being developed into a Station publication.
