Dr. Cindy Swanson, Program Manager

Research Interests and Professional Background

Cindy came to the Human Dimensions program from the National Forest System, where she had been Director of the Watershed, Wildlife, Fisheries and Rare Plants for the Northern Region since 1997. Prior to that she served as a Natural Resource Economist in the Washington Office and at the Northern Region. She began her career as a wildlife biologist, including a stint as a Research Wildlife Biologist in Fort Collins, for the Rocky Mountain Station.
