Bug fixed in AIC related to the number of covariance parameters.
New functions including
getStreamDistMat, which allows users to export the distance matrices.
as.SpatialPoints, as.SpatialLines, and as.SpatialPointsDataFrame have been included to export portions of the SpatialStreamNetwork class object to sp classes, which allows access to sp plotting functions and graphics.
*Ability to include spatial weights in the tail-down model
*Added tail-up and tail-down Epanechnikov models (Garreta, Monestiez, and Ver Hoef 2009)
*Bug fix - names.SpatialStreamNetworks only printed the column names for the first set of prediction sites. If there was more than one set, then the names from the first set were printed multiple times.
*Bug fix in splitPredictions that prevented more than one set of prediction locations from being split at a time.
*Bug fix handling in getSSNdata.frame
*Bug fix in SimulateOnSSN for when there is only one prediction location
*Bug fix in predict.glmssn when prediction data set has a single location
*Bug fix in plot.SpatialStreamNetwork function. If the number of points in a break class was 1, it didn't plot
*Bug fix in createSSN function. Duplicate binary idenfiers were being assigned to multiple segments within a single network
