Birdseye Trail

Length: 11.8 miles

Uses: Hiking, horse riding, and mountain biking.

Special Features: Shaded trails, scenic hardwood forest through a variety of terrain.

Directions to Trailhead

From I-64: IN 145 (Exit 72) is 43 miles east of Evansville on I-64. Take IN 145 north for six miles to the Town of Birdseye.  Turn right on the road that runs along the south side of the railroad tracks in town. At the T, turn right. Parking is about 0.25 miles, on the right (watch for trail crossing signs).  birdseye_th.jpg (52933 bytes)

Day use parking is available (see map) with one large parking area to the north, and a smaller spot on the west side.
