Forest Supervisor Thomas Schmidt is seeking comment on the Non-Native Invasive Plant (NNIP)Treatment Project. The HNF is proposing to meet the purpose and need by implementing a Forest-wide strategic NNIP treatment program. This project would implement the management goals, objectives, and standards/guidelines included in the Hiawatha Forest Plan (2006) to address NNIP.
