February 6, 2007 District Ranger David Silvieus has signed a Decision Notice and Finding of No Significant Impact for the Ensign Road Reconstruction Project. The selected alternative is Alternative 3 and would pave the Ensign Road (FR 2235) from CR442 to CR440. Ensign Road is a major route for Forest Service management activities, hauling timber, recreation, and accessing private land and homes. The project area is located in Delta County.
