District Ranger Teresa Chase has signed a Decision Notice and Finding of No Significant Impact for the Upper Peninsula (Dukes) Experimental Forest Project, selecting Alternative 3. The selected alternative continues three continuing long-standing studies at the Upper Peninsula (Dukes) Experimental Forest (UPEF). The project area is located in T46N, R23W, part of Sections 11, 12, 23, 24, 26, 27, and 35; T45N, R23W, parts of Section 2, Marquette County.
