Status of Developed Recreation Areas on the Hidden Springs Ranger District: Recreation areas on the Hidden Springs Ranger District were impacted by the ice storm of February 2009. Clearing these areas for visitor use is a time consuming task. Some areas received extensive storm damage and therefore remain closed

• Closed – Duck Bay Group Camping Area (Lake Glendale Recreation Area) - Extensive storm damage remains, check with camp host.
• Closed – Pine Point Fishing Pier (Lake Glendale Recreation Area) - Severe storm damage, the back half of the picnic area, and the pier remains closed.
