Some projects that can be categorically excluded from documentation in an Environmental Assessment or Environmental Impact Statement do not require a Decision Memo or project file (36 CFR 220.6.(d)). These projects are typically documented in a "Letter to the File". The following projects have been documented in this manner.  Due to space limitations, there are no documents posted for these projects, but rolling your cursor over the project letter will reveal the project leader's name and contact information.
