Gypsy Moth Web Salon
Extensive trapping and surveying are performed each year to locate gypsy moth. After initial surveys on the ground and through the air are performed, program mangers review their findings. If a moth problem has been determined, management options are considered and implemented. Projects include the aerial application of biological insecticides and pheromone flakes.
