The Tumblebug Complex continues to grow. There is now an expanded Closure Area affecting much of the south end of the Middle Fork Ranger District. Please check our Fire Section for updates and/or call the front desk at 541.782.2283

Campgrounds that are now closed for the season: Bedrock, Big Pool, Puma, Hampton, Salmon Creek, Blue Pool, Packard Creek, Sand Prairie, Camper’s Flat, Secret
also: Sacandaga, Indigo Springs (in fire closure area)

Subject: Trail Availability
Waldo Ridge, North Fork (1944 to Shale Ridge Trail), Box Canyon, Marilyn Lakes, Devil's Garden, Hemlock Butte, Timpanogas Lake, June Lake, June/Indigo Tie, Opal Lake, Joe Goddard's Grove, Verdun, Gold Point and Buckhead Nature Trail have been logged out and brushed.High Divide (non- wilderness area), Indigo Springs, Westfir Tie and Alpine Trails are maintained. Eugene to Crest, Blair Lake, Joe's Peak, Station Butte and Cowhorn have been logged out and brushed.

Huckleberry Flat OHV Trail system is currently open. Call 541-782-5202 for fire danger-related trail closures.
