Event Tables

Event tables are tremendously useful to the aquatic biologist or hydrologist.  These tables can be easily created in EXCEL and using a routed stream layer with a unique LLID for each stream, the information in the spreadsheet can be located on a stream as a line (segment, reach) or point (site).  Event tables enable one to summarize stream temperature data, stream survey data, flow measurements, etc. in a data table linked a location in GIS .  A tool has been enclosed which will tell the user the kilometer or mile point on the stream route and the unique LLID of that stream line in GIS.  This file is included on the GIS Tools page as stream_route_tool_new.apr.
