Road and trail information

Road and Area Closure - Due to logging operation, the following roads, southeast of Catherine Summit, are closed to all motor vehicles: 7700-945, 7700-940, 7746-050, and 7746-205.

Hells Canyon Scenic Byway/Wallowa Mountains Loop (Forest Road 39) is open until snowfall.

Elkhorn Drive Scenic Byway/Anthony Lakes Highway is open until snowfall.

Tamarack Campground Foot Bridge - Broken and in the river as a result of high water flow.
