Excluded Party Listing System –
Current database of National Forest System timber purchasers and affiliates who
are debarred, suspended, or proposed for debarment. Pursuant to 36 CFR 223.135 Effect of Listing,
the Forest Service shall not knowingly solicit or consider bids from, award
contracts to, approve a third party with, or extend an existing contract with
unless approved by the Chief. Forest
Service personnel should monitor this list and remove any listed party from
their mailing lists for timber sales.
