  • Formal aquatic consultation with regulatory agencies

  • Prepare Record of Decision(s)
  • Sign Record of Decision

June 2007

  • Appeal Period begins (45 days with no appeal & 90 days with appeal)

July 2007

  • Implement decision
    (no appeal)

August 2007

 

September 2007

  • Implementation if project is NOT appealed

October / November 2007

December 2007

  • 15-day stay if project appealed
  • Implementation if project is appeale

 

Spring 2008

  • Treat Invasive Plants!
