Completeness_Report:
Coverage is only complete for the counties of Umatilla and Union Counties. More counties are to be added as they become available to the Forest Service. Umatilla County did not complete a CWPP plan for the whole county as the Western Half of the county was not included in the planning process.

Shape files were obtained from the the Counties and converted to coverage format. Resulting coverages were normalized and made structurally the same. Where overlaps between the counties data occured county boundaries were used to clip the original data and then the resulting clipped boundaries were unioned together to obtain one coverage with no overlap. Coverage was converted to the national FS standard and a source field was added to track the source of the polygon data.

Took Wallowa county shape file of WUI areas and reprojected to local projection system. Shape file had errors that required that shape file polygons be turned in to arcs only using xtools poly to arc command. Then shape file was turned into a coverage using shape arc. Coverage was then clipped to Wallowa county boundary. Coverage arcs were then appended to parent WUI coverage and polygon were then created by adding arcs and closing polygons. Unneeded pseudo nodes were removed and a build was completed on coverage. Attributes were then added in Arcview 3.3 and a dissolve was performed on all the attributes to eliminate redundent adjacent polygons.

Added the WUI boundaries for Baker County, supplied from Angie Johnson from ODF. Also did some small edits at her request to get rid of overlap between WUI boundaries. Specifically, I84 Corridor with Kamela, removed some small buffer segments from Wallowa County data that overlapped into Union and Umatilla County WUI's.

Added Grant County WUI Boundaries. Acquired a shapefile from Eric Scholl off the Malheur that was to the extent of the the State of Oregon. Used this coverage to clip out the boundaries for Grant County. Had to reproject the original shapefile before clipping. Then, appended these polys to wui_final. Final coverage, for the time being, wui_final2.

I clipped the Polygons with the Morrow County Boundry as the mapped polygons from Gary had mapped areas in Umatilla and Grant counties.
